I stopped following Pere Ubu when the rhythm section of Scott Krause and Tony Maimone left in the early 90s but damn that band was great for so many albums and when we got to see them live in what was already their second incarnation c.87/88 it was life changing

I think almost every day about how the scientific data suggests that before leaded gasoline was banned in the US in 1996, the latent levels of lead in every person in the US had burdens high enough to cause cognitive effects and long term cognitive decline.

Today EPA chief Lee Zeldin announced that the agency is rolling back 31 regulations.
He's taking aim at mercury, soot, and toxic pollution restrictions, and federal protection of wetlands.
