Just found out about the passing of Illy The Kitty. I've always enjoyed watching Drumsy's content, especially during the pandemic, and seeing Illy in his videos never failed to bring me joy. Hope shes resting easy now, RIP 🕊

No matter HOW much time you spent on something - no matter how much of your skill and practice went into being able to do it - a complete stranger can IMMEDIATELY copy it into any number of things, take credit for it, and profit from it.

For further context twitter added a button that allows users to generate ai images using existing art posts from artists. It removes glaze and it basically reskins the artwork by using the existing work as a base. Twitter is no longer a safe space for art

Maybe i should do a series where i visit media that at one point was called out/cancelled by the internet and do a deepdive on it to talk about the controversy as well as the media itself, like media like High Guardian Spice, PowerPuff girls reboot, or maybe even Katy Perrys newest album
