It's built on "likely"
Sometimes likely = true
Often it isn't

Save hard copies of books. What LLMs don't erase from the internet, fascists will erase from public life. Nothing digital or temporary (like a museum exhibit) is safe. Keep hard copies of history. Slavery. The Holocaust. Civil rights. Everything.

I disagree with general mood that these authors are in the wrong. This is one of the more cyberpunk ways to fight back against LLM encroachment in academia.

Of course, one better would be finding a way to hide text that, when the paper is inevitably used as training data, poisons the model.

We still have no idea who the ICE agents are. They could be insurrectionists, extremist militiamen or criminals themselves, chasing law-abiding citizens down the street for recording their kidnappings. The odds they aren't are low. Congress must raise hell about this. A masked gang runs our country.

Consistent, again and again, with the theory that the U.S. is secretly aligned not with its historic allies but with Moscow.
❗️🇺🇸 Le Monde reports the US secretly coordinated with Russia on a UN resolution ahead of the invasion anniversary. Washington pushed a “peace-focused” draft and urged allies to drop Ukraine’s version. France and the UK resisted, backing Kyiv. The US later abstained on its own text.
