Bonus: spend less time on social media and more time doing any hobby. Take up painting, crocheting, playing sims, cards, decorating, something simple that’s low effort. I studied tarot cards during one of my SAD seasons and now I’m a great reader

To my SAD loves: I know it’s hard af to find the motivation to get active but please do it anyway. Even when you don’t feel like it. Even if it’s a 5 minute walk, stretch, moment of silence. Do SOMETHING each day to reconnect with your body, mind & spirit.

Same here! I only do what I can energetically handle. I force myself to get dressed and leave the house. I make sure to clean up so my space isn’t a mess or cluttered. I changed my morning routine to include things that wake me up. I don’t entertain men at all in the winter
