Couldn't stop myself from cutting one open while it was still toasty.
Nice soft open crumb. Very sourdough tasty.

Post a pic of the venue where you saw your first concert and the band or artist.

Elton John at the Capital Centre.

That’s the last of the batch of three #Sourdough pizza dough balls. Looks like I need to make a new batch every two weeks.

Discord knows enough of AI's issues to compile this list, but they're still pursuing it. Goofy.

I'd rank Netflix's House of Dynamite right up there with Fail Safe (1964).
It captures the insanity of a world that refuses to eliminate it's nuclear arsenal and the system of mutual destruction that's still in place.
Bigelow deserves applause for seeing the need and filling it.

Slowly building up a habit of recording audiobooks in the morning and writing in the afternoon to evening. Very different perspectives on the words in a story.

I'd like Natalia Dyer to make a reboot of The Mary Tyler Moore show.
Mary, a spunky single woman arrives in Minneapolis to start a job at a local TV News division with a gruff boss, a smart alec associate, a dumbass anchor, and a sex crazed "Happy Homemaker."
But Mary has a dark and traumatic past

My favorite writerly moment is when I get to gather all my post-it notes for a story and toss them in the trash after reviewing to see how many made it into the story and how many were lost to the process. (or do I keep them for posterity?)

I just binged through Netflix's The Recruit, a goofy, madcap CIA spy thriller series about a young agency lawyer who is immediately in over his head. It shouldn't work as well as it does. Feels like a cross between The Blacklist and The Rookie (because the same guy created all three)

Creatives! Show me your favourite thing you made in 2025. It could be a sketch, a painting , a book, a sculpture— something YOU made that you’re proud of, big or small.

I watched Space Sweepers (2021) last night. It's a beautiful piece of Korean sci-fi fluff. Great production values, sort of lame plot. But it's a ton of fun. Great cast of misfits.
