I came across an article on Medium posted by Erica Verillo. The subject: our political situation. I take it as a warning. Its title: A Comprehensive Timeline That Explains How We Got Here.
This will be my last post here. The picture says it all.

First of all, it's impossible to "surround" Venezuela with naval forces because it's not an island, dummy.
Trump: "Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest Armada ever assembled ... It will only get bigger, and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before — Until such time as they return to the USA all of the Oil, Land, and other Assets that they previously stole from us."

I’m starting to question the legitimacy of the FIFA Peace Prize

EUREKA!
I have found an explanation for Trump's deteriorating behavior. He is the latter day incarnation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. Seeking power for its own sake, he is committing murder after murder and persecuting those who oppose him. His goal--to sustain his life by murdering Democracy.

The Reiner estate should sue Trump for his defamation of Rob Reiner.
Trump sued the BBC for $5 billion over a misleading edit in a documentary last year that gave the impression he’d made a direct call for violence in a speech leading up to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol by his supporters

Are the people who voted for this snake-oil salesman actually hearing his opinions. What can he be doing for his constituents that makes up for this.
This is a Member of Congress.

Trump's selfish, ugly comment could only come from a being so malignantly narcissistic that he would start an atomic war just to rule over the radioactive ashes.
@zeteo.com Compare and contrast Donald Trump's response to Rob Reiner's murder with Biden and Harris's responses to Charlie Kirk's murder.

There is no 'both sides'. Just one side - Trump - that is cruel, sociopathic, unhinged.

Human pronouns are wasted on the Republican right. "It" and "its" are good enough for that group of inhumane beings.
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is not, nor has it ever been intended as a license to commit mass murder. We must elect Democratic candidates, who will enact sensible gun safety laws. The radical Republican right has sold their soul to the NRA.

Not to mention all the people his secred police have kidnapped and "disappeared." I don't care what the SCOTUS ruled. These are criminal activities that lie outside the constitutional boundaries of Article I.

The real domestic terror organizations are ICE, the MAGA militias, and Trump-supporting police.
The administration is refusing to rule out “summary executions” of Americans scooped by NSPM-7.

Extremely important (and terrifying) from @nickturse.bsky.social

“…there seems to be no legal limiting principle to the Administration’s claims of authority to use force and to kill people…”
White House Refuses to Rule Out Summary Executions of People on Its Secret Domestic Terrorist List

The Trump administration ignored questions about whether it would order the killings of those on its NSPM-7 list — even while answering our other queries.

Now the Trumpians seek to criminalize providing services without turning a profit. There are not enough jails in the world to imprison all the people who lend helping hands every day.
🚨 @slotkin.senate.gov warns of new NSPM-7 order tasking federal law enforcement with "coming up with this list of domestic terrorist organizations."

Don't give any ID papers to the ICEstapo. They might ignote them, take them and destroy them. Keep you ID in your hands, as do police when they display their badges of authority. You're allowed to do that. If their eyesight is poor, tell them to get a colleague with better vision to examine them.
If you’re not white make sure you carry your fucking freedom papers with you bsky.app/profile/radl...
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

It's not happening fast enough, Bob.
Trump's approval ratings are tanking. He's flailing on the economy. Epstein haunts him. Republicans are beginning to revolt against him.

He's not all powerful.

A tyrant can exercise tyranny only insofar as the objects of his tyranny continue to allow it.

Remember this.
