This is really important because Virginia is one of the states where you can still get second and third trimester abortions. And it’s increasingly clear it will need to stand strong for trans healthcare too.
The Senate of Virginia today passed SB 1098, to prohibit extradition of people who seek health care in Virginia that is legal in Virginia.
No matter what happens with EOs that are clearly unlawful at the federal level and contradict the Code of Virginia, patients and physicians need to be safe here.

Ahh, fun! Remember fun?! To be clear, my idea of fun would never include running, but how nice to know that the woodland creatures and rodents are still having fun and. Not constantly wondering when the existential dread will let up.
