I am a child therapist and expert witness for immigration court. I can tell you that separating an immigrant child from their parent is TORTURE. We have sanctioned TORTURE of children. And that absolutely fits with our entire history in this country.

The child and parents are US citizens, but that doesn't even matter.

It's really not brought up enough how any Dem admin following a GOP admin has to spend pretty much its first two years just putting out arson fires set by the GOP before it can even really START to work on its own agenda.
