I always like to say that Community came around at just the right time for me. Season one had already aired, but by the time season two hit NBC, I found myself recently divorced. These characters and their crazy antics helped keep me going when I was at my lowest point.

I do think the problem can be seen in the reaction. A Democratic MN lawmaker was assassinated and people are told to get over it, but when it’s a MAGA Conservative pundit, some of us are terrified of a possible violent “retribution.” It is the guns, but I think it’s also the mind frame.

One of the weirdest parts about social media is the pervasive belief that if you're posting to it, the *intention* is to attain "clout" by appealing to everyone, and people just don't get that some of us just kinda want to hang out and joke around with folks or answer questions for fans.

1. Someone said that cheese is, at best, a garnish. If someone gave them cheese as a snack, they’d be upset. Never clicked an X so hard.

2. There’s a very tender kiss between a young Jacki Weaver and some guy in Picnic at Hanging Rock that really made me miss kissing.
