Just finished reading More Everything Forever by @adambecker.bsky.social. Probably one of the best books about the tech industry, its prominent figures, their ideologies, and motivations. I think everyone in the tech industry should read this book.

Great, some good news for a change.!
Caveats apply, as this data is only through November, but so far, this year, 92% of the new power plants built in the U.S. have been solar/batteries/wind.

92%! In the year Trump tried to destroy clean energy!

More in this week's chart for @canarymedia.com:

www.canarymedia.com/articles/cle...
Chart: Clean energy remains dominant in the US — despite Trump
Trump spent much of 2025 boosting fossil fuels and blocking renewables, but 92% of new power additions through November were solar, wind, or batteries.

MPs laughed when Jake Richards dismissed Jeremy Corbyn’s request for a meeting on the Palestine Action hunger strikers.

Laughed.

This is who we’re governed by, people entrusted to represent a nation, yet so insulated by power they respond to human suffering with indifference and mockery.

The impacts of climate change are having real and sustained impacts on our food security in the UK already. 2020, 2025, and 2024 are the 1st, 2nd and 3rd worst harvests since modern record began. Continual unabated global worming will only compound these problems

We made these because we’re fed up of politicians pitting NHS patients and staff against one another. We’re on the same side- and we need to hold politicians to account 👇💙
❄️ Winter is here + the NHS is already under strain.

This is not acceptable. Our staff deserve better.

Wear our pin to stand with NHS workers + support our fight for them. 💙

Over 800 councillors, four MPs, peers in the Lords and a fast-growing membership are driving our shared success.

I started my Substack newsletter almost 3 years ago, to tell as many people as possible what politicians are doing to the NHS (🚨). At the time, it was a small platform. It feels v weird to see that Keir Starmer is now on the platform starting a newsletter…

Shall we make sure..

Why are Labours attacks misfiring?

Because Labour support genocide.

Labour protect the power & wealth of the super rich.

And all they do is attack the Green Party.
