Once you get something, how does it make you feel as you sit with it and the experience unfolds? Does it match up to what you wanted, and can you clearly remember what that desire was anymore? Is it still there, or are you satisfied? Can you be satisfied with the fruit of no labor if you don’t eat?

It’s going to feel like a tired internet trope to say “therapy” but I think that might be the right direction. If there’s a loop of “wanting”, “making”, “enjoying”, I only see people “wanting” in that story. With the labor of making out of that loop, it’s easier to state wants and get some result.

Did the shutdown hit DHS funding so hard they can’t buy a map with Asia on it? My neighbors around here are all American as far as I’m concerned.

You can tell it’s for Catholics because a Protestant version of this thong wouldn’t include Jesus on the cross.

I wouldn’t trust it, but I haven’t seen any AI detection stuff I trust.

You could always use a local model to generate some text and then see how often local model text passes this test compared to text from some known human source. Testing with a variety of local models would be even better.

No hidden message! He’s not into steganography, he’s a different kind of bro.

That’s right Mexico, party time is OVER for your cartels!

I’ve noticed non technical folks around me view their written documents as the work product and view AI as a tool to push out more volume, but they’re losing connection to the contents and aren’t spending time “attaching” themselves to it. I wonder if we’re doing that on the tech side too.

It’d be really great to hear their authentic, American voices sing a song like “killing in the name of” to support ICE.

That acoustic isn’t the dreadnought, is it? Is it a Cordoba?

It’s a strong “Wayne Gretzky and I are the highest scoring duo in hockey history” energy 😆

Ah, that makes sense!

Oh, right, fusion plus PV. That’s… a very weird chart.
February 8, 2026 at 8:02 PM
What’s with that source though?! I think I would be aware if any publicly known fusion source was generating net energy, and none are, but that guy is saying fusion is responsible for a few percent of global energy production?

On the bright side, it’s a hilariously dumb way to catch a ban.

Yeah, and the homeopathic remedy is considered treatment at least for the purposes of the study, so arguably this doesn’t fit your request.

We’ve got a bumbo that I like quite a bit.

MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING
February 4, 2026 at 6:29 PM
Ooh, ooh, it’s Will Stancil who’s making this post isn’t it?

I’m kidding of course.

Also, how many people are joining signal groups after vetting the group itself to establish a chain of trust to the group’s founders?

If Nick Shirley himself created the group, would you know? How?
