There is NOTHING ‘America First’ about selling out some of our most pristine waters so a Chilean mining company can come in, take our minerals, ship them to China for processing, then sell them off.

All while polluting the Boundary Waters in the process.

Abolish ICE.

There’s no reforming it.

There’s no compromise.

There’s only one way to rein in ICE’s terror campaign. Abolish it.

We gotta get Will a crowdfunded trip to a rally performance shop for his Honda Fit. Roll cage, brakes, coilovers, aero, skidplate, ECU tune, exhaust delete, cold air intake, Recaro seats with racing harness, and a sick ICE OUT wrap.

What I love about Golden is that if you don’t know the plot of the movie, it’s this joyous anthem about taking the moment to achieve everything you’ve ever dreamed of.
Connected to the plot it’s an incredibly tragic song about intentionally, permanently losing your identity to live as your superego.
I maintain that This is What It Sounds Like is a way better song than Golden.

The strange thing about tournament chess is that the most terrifying person to sit down and play is often a kid.
If you find yourself sitting across from this guy you are F U C K E D

This is why I’d vote for Lander over like 98% of current Dems: he doesn’t talk about doing things, he actually does him. Of course he stood up to ICE. Of course he’s getting prosecuted by Trump. Of course he came to Minneapolis. 100 of him and we’d win comprehensively
lander is that dude that shows up, underrated superpower

I think at one point I was grumpy about Ilhan Omar representing CD5, but I have no idea WHY anymore. I think I was stuck on some centrist democrat BS for some reason? I appreciate that Ilhan actually feels like a political leader.
it is beautiful how we are having another moment of Bluesky unity. everybody basking in the glow of how Ilhan Omar was very visibly gonna punch that dude in the mouth

I’m relieved Ilhan is okay and the guy who did this is in police custody.

Notice how Ilhan stood up and basically said “No, I'm not done yet. I'm not going to let this guy scare me away from doing this town hall.”

That's what service and patriotism looks like.

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.
