Leftover cranberry sauce? That’s like leftover wine, never happens at our place. I use fresh or dried cranberries, orange juice and sour cream to make muffins all the time.
My friend told me she always bakes muffins with her leftover cranberry sauce, and I was amazed that had never occurred to me.
