Plenty of us have already decided that we’re never going back. We’ve stopped buying American products too. The grocery stores have wisened up and stock produce from other countries because US produce stays on the shelf and rots. We’re done. 🇨🇦

American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

I hate to be a doomer but the pandemic broke me in this regard I think. After watching like a third of the country proudly say they wouldn't inconvenience themselves even if it cost other people their lives, where do you go from there
