Yesterday we went to see the Galeón Andalucía at the Albert Docks. Cass managed to resist the urge to pirate the vessel, so for now we are still living in our house on land. It's still in Liverpool for a few more days though... 🏴☠️

New phone means my camera is finally able to take pictures of what is important!
A couple of months ago, my grandmother died. She was like a parent to me, and helped bring me up after my dad died when I was 9. Her passing is a huge hole in my life. I miss her when I am having a tough time and need to reach out for support, I miss being able to share my achievements with her.

Liverpool Pride 2025 was a good time. I got lots of compliments on my sign today.
The speeches at the start were super moving. I found myself in tears on a few occasions. The energy of the people marching today was great, so many people marching in solodarity for trans people 🏳️⚧️🩷🤍🩵

My 11 year old ginger tabby, Hannibal, has been dealing with a urinary blockage recently. Very scary to deal with 😭 Hoping the changes we make to his diet will help, otherwise he's going to need surgery 😥😷

I arrived yesterday in Berlin for the Marcus Maurer Mast Cell Training School. The normal camera on my phone is scratched up so I'll be taking a lot of wide angle shots and selfies haha. Its my first time in Germany, and I've not been out of the UK since 2013, so this is an exciting experience!

Saw a Eurasian Nuthatch today at Sefton Park. Haven't seen one before so it was exciting!

Also have been heavily delayed on trains today. Glad I brought this book with me that I've owned for 5 years but shamefully never read.

Just ordered a bunch of wet cat food for my senior cat based on what I thought was his favourite flavour, but now that I've committed to ordering it in bulk he's decided he doesn't like it! Fantastic! Luckily I have other cats that aren't quite as fussy but I guess I'll be spending more money.

Just ordered a bunch of wet cat food for my senior cat based on what I thought was his favourite flavour, but now that I've committed to ordering it in bulk he's decided he doesn't like it! Fantastic! Luckily I have other cats that aren't quite as fussy but I guess I'll be spending more money.

It was Peach's birthday yesterday. She is now 2 years old 🎂 We have had lots of dog walks and spoiled the dogs with new toys and treats.
