It's delicious. They're generally soft, whereas granola bars are hard. Never had them with raisins, they're usually plain when I make them (though I've made some chocolate coated ones before as well)

But sometimes I'm not and it crushes me :(

I'm taking steps to improve upon this, but it will be a lot of work to undo a lifetime of negative thought patterns.

I struggle to not hear those criticisms inside my own head whenever I make a mistake, or interrupt someone while they are talking etc. Instead of my adhd diagnosis giving me a sense of self acceptance right now, I'm dealing with frustration and despair that nobody thought to intervene earlier.
