Kinda sad to realize the only two non-franchise shows I've watched the last two seasons are ones that are barely talked about while airing and are never coming back once they're over.

Huh. It's kind of interesting to see someone use a PS1 graphics style for a full-on animated series. Certainly makes it distinct looking.

Haven't really been keeping up with Super Sentai after dropping Don Brothers, but hearing the latest production caved to what essentially sounds like the Japanese equivolent to right wing rags like the New York Post/The Sun is beyond disappointing.

Everyone in the comments is saying the GKids dub is more natural sounding but I'm kind of having the opposite reaction. GKids sounds so much... stiffer. Like, it's probably a more accurate translation, but that makes it sound way LESS natural in English.

I had forgotten that the episode right after they started doing the "Judau repeatedly witnesses long abandoned Zeon remnants pointlessly get themselves killed" arc is when they switched the OP to Silent Voice.

So I actually tried watching Zeta Gundam again as my lunch break show and actually managed to get all the way through it this time without getting irrationally angry at it.
And I'm sorry. I really am. I know this show means so much to so many Gundam fans but... I still think it's really BAD.
