Every time ancestry releases an update it becomes more apparent that my ancestors really did not get out much. What happened to my treasured 2% North African? Replaced by the Isle of Man? Yikes. It's time, come on British Isles, repatriate me, i'm tired of the US.

This stuff is just fancy expensive shelf paper. Also I ordered green and got black, but whatever, I'm out of time & energy..Behold, the beginning! Matching up the toile design bit of a PITA, would have been better if I'd done it right. 😅 but the hell with that.

I have posted on nextdoor to try to find someone to pull up the tack strips and staples from the cursed linoleum. They're probably going to need an amulet as well as gloves and an N95.
