It's really easy to fall into 'There's nothing good anymore' doomerism right now. That's just your depression talking. Take out the gremlin running your brain and beat it with sticks.

I think studios need to start offering internships to all entry level candidates rather than just those enrolled in a program. Many people can't afford school, and non-internship entry level jobs at studios basically don't exist these days. There's a whole bunch of talent just sitting in limbo 😞
