Well, it happened, my country has started to block pirate sites. I barely pirated anymore, because I got older and, well, I got the money to just buy it. I only did it when it when whatever I wanted wasn't available. But now? I'll do it *every single time* out of spite. Fuck you.

Can I just say that I hate every side, supporter, radical, terrorist, murderer in the I/P conflict equally. Everyone involved sucks. Every single one of these motherfuckers needs to fucking stop. Been playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 a bit, but it was crashing every 15 Minutes or so. Downgraded 4080 drivers from 572.28 to 566.36 and no more crashes. Incredible, how regressions are so common still even today in graphics drivers.

I read ages ago that human brains are not made for social media. It just moves and spreads disinformation too quickly. We don't adapt quick enough, evolutionary speaking. I didn't think much of it back then, but as our civilization descends into chaos in just under a decade, I'm starting to see it.

I'm a serial stress eater, and I have young kids, a demanding job and a not-so-healthy wife, so every day is stress for me. I've come to terms with it, but the eating is a problem.

I have to say, I was pretty pessimistic about how things would turn out after Trump won, but what they're actually doing is beyond my personal worst case scenarions. Like.. WAY beyond. Now I really think your democracy is gone. You think they're going to stop at the treasury?

One of the most infuriating things about Twitter, aside from the, you know, Nazi stuff, was how it won't stop showing me tweets about soccer, football and sports in general. I have never interacted with it, I clicked "Not interested" a bunch, it still showed me sports all day. Fuck that place.

Well, our dog died around Christmas. My wife asked me to come visit a family friend, who coincidentally just got puppies. Apparently the wife already had one picked out.

One of our license vendors managed to take our money but not actually renew our licences for the software, so now some of our services are down, because the license vendor forgot to vendor the licenses.
