Banjo Kazooie was my first gaming obsession but Jak and Daxter definitely cemented the 3D Platformer collect-athon as my favorite genre of game to play. I still loved getting into Jak II and 3 as I grew up but the original is the one I go back to.

we're taking a fresh look at the fundamentals of jumping in pondlife: discone (a videogame). every jump, even on flat ground, and every interaction with a wall should be dynamic. we want the act of movement itself to be joyful, to be its own end.
