In Oklahoma County detention center you accrue daily fees for being there and if you cannot pay then you stay until you can pay but the fees keep climbing every day
Some people are being held against their will with no due process in Oklahoma county for that reason

Actually whenever you leave a detention center that is privately owned, you owe that detention center money for the days you've spent there.

The reason that the US is locking up tourists for weeks in hellish detention centers rather than letting them book tickets back home is because the detention centers are owned by corporations. They are charging the taxpayers fortunes to cage these people, and making bonanzas off their suffering.
