Top tip if you lose heat and temps drop below freezing: keep faucets dripping. If you can't have them all drip, pick the one farthest from where the water pipe enters the building (and highest up)
I'm just putting it out here now. Anyone who makes fun of folks for not being able to cope with a historic amount of snow in cities not built for ANY snow... I will fucking wreck you.

Over 100 refugees who were scheduled to be resettled in Indiana have seen their flights canceled in the last two days. Refugees make our state stronger, and the bipartisan support for U.S. refugee resettlement has been a pillar of our nation for over a century.

If you’re having mixed feelings about the TikTok ban, it’s understandable. We built communities there. We made friends and maybe got diagnosed with issues we’ve had but didn’t get addressed before. It’s ok to be sad. It’s not ok to end the balance of powers over though.

Three important things tomorrow: #1 MLK Jr. day. #2 my mom, the best mom, turns 60. #3 ND has a shot at winning the national title for the second time in my life. That’s all I’m focusing on tomorrow. I’ll deal with the rest of it Tuesday. I need one more normal day.
