The problem is that once you read a book (or play a game or watch a movie etc) in a genre and it hits all the right notes to make your brain go brrr so you go through every other rec in that genre you can find, you are forever going to be chasing That Book again but nothing else is That Book 🫠

Three days ago, my kiddo and I decided to make abstract art as gifts for family this year.
She has not stopped creating new pieces since I taught her how and were upwards of 50 pieces.

this outlining method! I don’t know if my fic is… *good*, yet, but this has actually kept me writing in a way that most other outlining methods really haven’t. It was also a LOT easier. Other outlining methods felt like they had a hurdle at the start that I never got over to do the actual writing.
