It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year.
I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.

Rep Raskin has been great. Rep Ocasio-Cortez has been great. And Rep Frost and Rep Crockett. Senator Murphy. Maybe no one knew exactly what to do. But such people laid down a clear marker. Let’s respect these and other elected federal representatives who stood out these first few weeks.

If you listen to what they are saying is gas and eggs are gonna get expensive because of Government waste!! Bullshit!!!! You can’t afford eggs and now they are cutting funding for food banks and kids lunches!!! My students need free breakfast and lunch. For some it’s their only meals!!
