Alright, I am slowly getting faster at the Skong. Can get to the second part in 3 hours 35 minutes. Not fast enough for the speedrun any% trophy, probably, so I'll need to file down a few sharp edges.

My point here is that if you're one of the people who are going "I need AI tools to make my thing" - no you don't. MAKE YOUR DAMN THING. I don't care if it's ugly or weird or whatever. What I care about is that YOU MADE IT. Why the hell should I engage with something you didn't care enough to make?

Back in the good old days of Flash games on Newgrounds, people would just... make shit. Upload it. And that was that. They sometimes looked like ass, but no one cared, because they were made by the people who uploaded them. Anti-Idle looks atrocious but it's still got millions of players.

Really, truly amazing that OpenAI wants us to believe that they are worth a trillion dollars but also they are so desperate for revenue that they created an infinite SlopTok app that opens them up to a billion lawsuits just so that they can maybe someday make it even worse by filling it with ads.

Conversely, I very quickly lose respect for people who are unable to ever turn off Irony Mode and laugh at emotional moments, who have no idea what the story was after playing a game for 30+ hours, and who ALWAYS call the protagonist "John/Jane [game title]".

I'm a LITTLE disappointed we didn't get a remade soundtrack. It deserved a full on orchestra score. But it seems Iwata & Sakimoto wrote some new tracks in the old style, so that's exciting!

Well, surprising no one, FFT: The Ivalice Chronicles is amazing. They talk! They talk now! My boy Ramza talks! I love their little in-battle marks, and they brought back the occasional over-the-top extra text they can say before using skills!

Thank you! I've also scored Bloody Trapland 2 (available on Steam), that OST is also on my Bandcamp. And even though the game never released properly, for The Horror at MS Aurora I got to work with the Belarus Philharmonic Orchestra for a few tracks. That OST is also on my Bandcamp. :)
