We need to have some uncomfortable conversations about Assisted Dying programs and how they are rooted in eugenics.

We need to be willing to admit that disabled lives are not valued, and as a result many are coerced into dying who very much want to live.

That’s not bodily autonomy, it’s ableism

I fully support the right to die, but it needs to go hand in hand with the right to life

No one should be offered death in lieu of treatment

You shouldn’t be able to access MAiD in 3 months when it takes over a year to see a specialist

You shouldn’t be told to “consider dying” when you want help
