The cruelty is the point, and I hope that every single person involved, from the people calling in tips all the way to the top of this administration are held accountable for it.
Federal judge Xinis slammed the government today for its "grievous error" in deporting a 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 immigrant.
"[d]efendants have claimed - without any evidence - that Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13 and then 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘧 𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘭 𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨, 𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘰 18."
It was never about legality.
