Went to my Nephew's hip hop show tonight. His crew is well-known in that genre. First time seeing them, and had a blast. I danced, holla'd when requested, and now I reek of weed.

I asked the nice young woman at the local ice cream store today, if any actual otters were in their "Otter Sundae," advertised on their board. She giggled and said it was her first day, but guessed there weren't any otters in the sundae, AND it was the BEST "first day on a new job"question. Ever.

FFS does ANYONE in the GOP understand that "Consumer Confidence" is the economy's engine? It's not the savers or the profiteers that keep the economy healthy. I've been doing some work in independent grocery stores this month. They're failing. They're deserted, and charts they post in the back

On a personal note. I was at a music venue the other night, and some guy grabbed my ass. Ugh. He walked by me with a big smile, then immediately grabbed me as he passed. Me, 5'4" me, called him out immediately. Loudly, over the band's sound. "Hey! You grabbed my ass! Don't EVER touch me again!"

Just an average girl who spent the afternoon in San Francisco, NOT in a touristy spot. It's not failing, or dirty, or dangerous. *Like all cities, there are some blocks with issues. What I found was a thriving and friendly community, safety walking around, families, students walking with friends.

So is it totally normal now for an American President to be screaming "DON'T TAKE TYLENOL!!" at a press conference? That whole spectacle was completely unhinged, wheels off the truck, even by trump standards. I felt like I was watching Mel Brooks in Blazing Saddles.

Head's up fellow Californians! Don't take it for granted that Democrats will vote for the Election Rigging Response Act. Word from friends is that some Democrats, especially older ones, are hesitant because they think it's not "fair play." Talk to friends and neighbors to address their concern
