I've been hearing newscasters saying that the DOJ was "supposed to release" or "should have released" the Epstein files last Friday.
Stop soft pedaling it. It would more accurate to say that a law was passed mandating the release on Friday, and therefore, the DOJ is breaking the law.

Just finished listening to @maddow.bsky.social podcast Burn Notice. The government corruption and hatred enabling 120K Japanese (including many US citizens) to be rounded up is sickening. What's more sickening are the parallels to what is happening here today. We have learned nothing from the past.
