Stickerbush is goated and one of my favorites, but DKC2's OST is so strong that one could make a defensible case that it's not even in the top 3 tracks. Hot-Head Bop, Forest Interlude, Flight of the Zinger, In a Snow-bound Land, Bayou Boogie, JibJig... so many top tier contenders

Mine was Super Mario Bros 3. I vividly remember playing it at a friend's house: a desert level with the jumping fire snake things. I begged my parents for a NES after that.
To be honest I don't revisit it anymore, it never really became a favorite of mine. Not a fan of the color palette!

I think knowing this going in will help a lot. I took it "seriously" at first which did not pay off.

There's some egregiously sloppy writing and plotting as it goes on but even when it's bad I think it's a fun hatewatch
