Kinda just signed up for this to follow people whose tweets I've enjoyed reading, but hey (he/him)
My favorite thing about doing the WB Studio tour a few years ago was seeing the courthouse from the intro establishing shots! Great show, of course

I've been having fun with it! Opened a room for MK4 on there last night and played it online for the first time and didn't totally suck!

I feel this, definitely have a lot of these kinds of moments on a daily basis. Growing up when we did with these kinds of parents was... something

Love how Wild is just this type of chill-ass guy you see a lot in games and anime from the era. I need to bring the headband/long hair look back for 2026

Still heartbroken that I'm too tall, or big, or something to sit in one of these anymore. Maybe the one at Clarkade just has its seat stuck in a certain position.

Those character portraits on the select screen are wild. I played some Sonic The Fighters a while back and it was a hoot

All these mags had such negative titles: "Crazy," "Sick," "Wacko," "Trash." Where's the parody mag with the positive title? "Read the latest pop culture parodies in WONDERFUL Magazine, with our mascot Handsome Jim!"

I had a Pryde of the X-Men cel years ago. Admittedly not a very impressive one, but it was of Prof. Xavier sitting in his chair pulling up video of the X-Men or something. I sold it and it only went for a few bucks, if I recall. Oh well. Love this plot, though, it has the whole Sunbow Studios style

Pretty great taste in books there in your household! I still need to get that DC one, love those DK books titles

For what it's worth, I really dig your channel and am glad that I stumbled upon it this year! As someone who last played these games in the early '90s, I hadn't really known of the depth of Sierra/adventure game fandom, and all the weird/cool stuff I missed. My son and I loved your Rednex videos!

Also, my son beat his first ever MK arcade ladder today (MK4 with Johnny Cage)!

Mega Man totally has Commander Keen face in that stage select screenshot

I'm loving it! (I think I saw you too!) Also reminded me that I definitely need to get to Galloping Ghost one of these days.

Nice, I got MK Legacy Kollection physical today so am planning on doing a bit of that myself! So far, mostly just surprised how ass I am at MK games since mostly playing SF6 for the past year or so.

I somehow missed out on all this initially, probably because I somehow convinced myself / felt peer-pressured that I was too old for video games and comics at age 15. But then sometime in high school someone casually mentioned X-Men vs. Street Fighter and I was like WHAAAA

So much online discourse falls into that spot for me these days, honestly

Oh hells yeah! Nothing like a good Wolverine vs. Hulk matchup in a Marvel Vs. game, as well. Brown costume is great too!

US culture has spent an enormous amount of time and energy telling people that a humanities education is especially useless and lame and they just need to get a job. so the games and tech industry are just dominated by people who don't know anything about art and don't care about art.
