9. MEGAMAN POWERED UP
I had a complete save file (on Easy) from 2009 when I first got my PSP, but I remembered NOTHING about it. Did it on Normal this time!

It's so cute, and a huge shame they put it on a handheld where apparently nobody cared about Mega Man.

See, for me it's just the opposite. When I was a kid, Sonic 3D Blast made me feel like I was wasting my time. And now I'm like, "I'd better enjoy these Special Stages while I can!"

8. MEGAMAN 11
I saw someone saying they beat it on BlueSky, so I had to go play it again, too. :V (on normal this time)

Yep, this is still my favorite classic Megaman game. Playing it next to the NES games, I really noticed how much faster the movement speed is, so it's no wonder I like it so much!

I've played through all of these at least a dozen times.

I could sit here and name them all morning.

Even the X Collection's input lag is something I can quickly adjust to and not notice. But everyone's tolerance for that sort of thing is different.

Still, I do *usually* play on original hardware when possible. Much as I love gaming's history & legacy, it just feels best that way.

I've never met anyone besides you!

So unfortunately, 2002 to 2006 - the absolute nadir of wrestling being cool - was, in fact, the peak of my pro wrestling fandom.

My favorite version of anything is so often the least-cool one. xD

Yeah, that's what I've settled on. Cranky's age was always a weird thing, like why did he age faster than Mario? I'd never even considered that the entire DKC series was just a distant sequel until Bananza.

But my REAL take is the devs left it open-ended on purpose, because inventing and debating your own fanon is MUCH more fun than just being told what the answer is, and boy do I appreciate the game for that!

My main in-game supporting evidence here is that (spoiler warning) New Donk City looks MUCH more modern in Bananza than it did in Odyssey. The style of clothes, the use of technology, even the architecture makes it look like a lot of time has passed
