Ran the Marine Corps 17.75K through Prince William Forest, VA last Saturday. I have a ways to go to compete with the masters, but I’m happy with my time. The course included 832 feet elevation gain

Ran the Marine Corps 17.75K yesterday. Happy with my results, but I have a lot of work to do to catch up to the masters. My pace was 12 min/mile, theirs was <8:30 min/mile. Prince William Forest, VA, 11.07 miles, 832 elevation gain. At least I was in the top 50% of my age bracket
