My daughter had a very planning meeting for Girl Scouts at a local library. As I waited for her I witnessed a kids’ craft group, people of all ages using computers and printing stuff out, a mother reading to her young child and people using the space to study. Libraries mean so much to communities!

After working 8 years in an elementary school, I got to go on my first field trip. It was a fabulous visit to the @seattleaquarium . Best part was helping a student who was nervous about touching a sea anemone, overcome his nerves and the look on his face when he touched it was everything!!!

I've seen some wondering why a person married to a US citizen might not be documented.
It took me 4 years & over $1500 to get residency-and I'm a 🇨🇦 married to a 🇺🇸.
In my experience, it's incredibly hard for someone whose first language isn't English and can't spare the $$ to navigate this process.

Fun fact: if you're buying from a creator on etsy, you can reduce their etsy selling fees from 6.5% to 2.5% by ordering via 'shopname.etsy.com' instead of 'etsy.com/shopname' or searching from the main site. It costs you the same but the creator makes more
