If you need to cry then cry don't feel ashamed or embarrassed to do it you will feel a million times better getting your emotions out then keeping them locked up causing you more harm.

I've recently been in a Fugue phase, and I saw a Bach CD with Toccata and Fugue in D Minor. I checked its condition, put it in my CD player, and promptly died as my CD player decided not to play it.
