So anyway.
I kinda want to go back to talking about my craft, things I believe in and/or hope for within the realm of games development, or things specific to art direction, or leadership, or talk about things I just like or enjoy.

I miss when this place felt like we could share thoughts and knowledge.
I started using social media not that long ago because I wanted to connect with people, learn from them maybe?, and share knowledge with others where I could.
The place now thrives on discourse. It suffocates conversation.

Man whose clear priority is himself 1st, seeks celebrity friendships as a most serious Pokémon collector, always eager to showcase it. Man builds a platform to multiply eyes on him thus his reach, all initiatives meant to feed this.

Ok so I roleplayed this little dialog scene at the camp and Shadowheart ended up stabbing Lae'zel right in the throat and despite my initial shock and denial it's an actual event with the denouement of me blink/staring at her cold corpse and looting it.
Still unsure whether I should reload :-)

Tonight was cheese-stuffed tteokbokki with soft boiled eggs.
It was pretty good ngl
I went ahead and used Jarlsberg (sortof like a nuttier/fruitier emmental) instead of mozzarella. Very tasty.

What I will say is that I've been making games for a lot of years, led teams and projects for a long time, and have also worked as an IC, and there isn't a discipline on a team that doesn't feel their game would be a lot better if leadership would only listen to them more than they do.

I hate my kitchen. There’s like two feet of available counter space and 1/3 of the storage of the previous apartment which is, given my interest in food experimentations, quite disastrous.

3rd day since the move and still haven’t managed to bounce back yet.
I did manage to figure out how to switch between the shower head and rainfall thinggie though 👍 (while very superfluous the rainfall is pretty damn nice ngl)
