Seems SDNY has unsealed DOJ response to the TRO in G.F.F v Trump, though case is still listed as 463 so all future filings are going to be sealed until a clerk unseals them.

If you file a motion on Feb 27 2025 but date it August 9 2024, is there any punishment?

Lambert was disqualified for leaking protected docs by the Magistrate and upheld by Judge Carl Nicholls. Lambert is asking for reconsideration.
