But Byrne doesn’t trust Tler, so he needs the court to overturn its decision on Ticktin. Who by the way didn’t attend trial previously because he was conflicted out on that day, but didn’t tell anyone.

She was disqualified in ECF 125, this is her signature in ECF 148.

For those who want an entertaining read, the Dominion v Byrne status report is a real laugh a minute. I am not sure how Ticktin managed to outdo the insane in his last filing. But he continues to dig deeper at each try.
