Family stuff is hitting really hard right now. I really wanted to see crew in Portland this weekend for Rhys' show but that's looking less possible. Been feeling this a lot lately, just that there's more bad than good. Holding on to OFMD community as one of the things that's good ❤️‍🩹 #crewforlife

Did you know that Taika recommended Rhys for Stede? And then proceeded to say no to every actor suggested for Blackbeard until David asked him if *he* wanted to do it and he said yes?? That man basically said “if anyone is gonna be Rhys’s boyfriend it’s me” and we love him for that decision
