New favorite snack item unlocked: air popped papadams.
Either completely without oil or a very thin layer brushed on and then air popped in the microwave.
Very satisfying to just pop 1-2 and slowly nibble them down.
And a lot less evil than the crisps or other fried snack I stuffed my face with.

Trying to eat a little healthier and as far as breakfast bowls go, that isn't horrible.
- 50g of oats (rolled, fine, milled, tho I will cut out the milled in the future)
- 4g linseed, crushed
- pinch of almond slivers
- 7,5g freeze dried berries
- 75g Skyr
- 20g Low sugar Krunchy (Barnhouse)
