Turns out not consisting of 55% sugar brings down shelf life after opening.
"Consume within 5 days! Keep refrigerated!" said the tin.
So the solution was: freeze it!
Got some silicon ice cube mold, filled it with the condensed coconut cream.

Listening to MRI sound videos online, so I know what to expect later.
Weirdly enough, those loud noises and pulses can be a good anchor to stay in the bore and hopefully not panic... after getting loaded into the tube like an overweight artillery shell.
