As we settle firmly into the Christmas perineum..
Child 1: still asleep. It's lunchtime but we forgot about their tablet limits and they've been up till 4 watching Netflix
Child 2: hasn't been seen for 48h since they unwrapped their new game. We toss a bag of crisps into their room periodically

I'm struggling to think of a more satisfying garden activity than jet washing the patio.
Power tool, jets of water, you're playing with a freaking LANCE for heaven's sake.
