My husband @robertcooper-us.bsky.social and I were the FIRST gay couple to adopt children in the US, way back in 1985. We went on to adopt five wonderful kids — all adopted at birth.
They’ve grown so much! Here’s a pic from our wedding in 2000, and a recent one including their significant others. ❤️

RFK Jr. is a complete LUNATIC. When I was a Suffolk County Legislator, I once had to sit through a 3-hour public hearing on a proposed local law to “ban chemtrails.” One loony conspiracist spoke after another. Legislators had to face away from the TV cameras at times so we wouldn’t be seen laughing.
