So, last night I watched ORCA: THE KILLER WHALE, the best of the Jaws ripoffs, and really enjoyed it. But today I was working on the outline for Chapter 5 of Captain Tempest, and came to a sudden realization.

ORCA is actually an adaptation of FRANKENSTEIN!

Magic story is important! The weariness for the “hat sets” demonstrates that you can’t just slap any old reference on a magic card and have people like it. People like well-built worlds and intentional storytelling. That’s part of the secret sauce that makes magic special!

This crisis has been overwhelming in so many ways, esp for our toddler. Our family is so grateful for the assistance.

I try to keep my child and their life offline as much as I can, to protect their privacy and to keep them safe, but this emergency (and asking for help) requires full disclosure.
Hello, all. In a time where everything is so much for so many people, I feel guilty asking but my family and I are in need of help.

Even if it is a signal boost, any help is appreciated.

I love you all, and I hope you are all safe.

BIG news! The MTG Wiki is now being hosted by @scryfall.com on mtg.wiki

This means all the same wiki content you looked up constantly, tab by tab, reading the vast history of the game but on a platform with ZERO advertisement.

No stupid banners. No stupid videos autoplaying. AD. FREE.

Years ago when I was playing a lot of Mobile Frame Zero (a really great tabletop skirmish game that uses Lego for units and scenery), I designed a bunch of mecha for it. Put the instructions all in one folder for anyone who wanted to build them too: photos.app.goo.gl/udWQvaWVBMwv...
