Last night I learned how to make pasta at Pasta Evangelista in Greenwich, and BOY it was a fun thing to do. We made oricchiette - but I am morally sure mine were more like little faffs

Their sauce made my attempts taste GUD - j’recommend

But ink morally sure they looked more like tiny pasta vaginas than ears and it cracked me right up Eating the pasta faffs I made with a beef ravioli and Parmesan and parsley. Might not be pretty, but it worked. I shall try again - taking to time to be making your own simple food, with love (flour and water and love) - is awesome. And god I love the Italians
