I don’t think anyone was surprised he would shill 💩coins, or that people would actually buy them, and be left holding the bags. I just think people were hoping none of this would happen.

This article is not wrong, but if (and as) bluesky grows, it will become more diversified.
That’s why there’s only two types of coins; bitcoin and 💩coin (ether, hawktuah, sol, etc.) …one is $100K, and the others are scams or well-intentioned projects built on shaky grounds.
These kinds of phony get-rich-quick schemes are exactly why some societies invented the idea of financial regulation in the first place

I doubt it’s just the business schools, but academia is tough. Competition is hard, and job security non-existent if you don’t have tenure. So you cheat. It makes me think of that chapter in Freakonomics: Sumo Wrestlers and Teachers — what they have in common is cheating. 🤷♂️
