The players are good players. Some are very good. It just feels like they're being asked to play in ways that aren't in line with the team ethos, and are being sent out onto the pitch with formations and tactics that don't make the best use of their skills.

I have not heard of these issues at my university. Classes are less full because they are all available online now but campus is still packed and assignments completed on time, etc. I don't know if there's a cultural aspect, covid impact, maybe different societal stressors?
