The way the gop stole a seat thru made up senate rules, then forced Kennedy into retirement, (blackmail or extortion) then rushed thru another seat after losing an election & 30 days until end of term is how Americans wound up w/corrupt SCOTUS.

When god willing we regain control, job 1 is for Congress to increase the court to 13 justices. Congress can do that - it has before. Term limits is more problematic because it might require a Constitutional amendment.

… Their bones should be picked clean and their bones left in the sun to bleach. Leo and his federalist buddies should be investigated as well. If one body had the power to destabilize the US it is these people. Impeachment must start after midterms and must include the trump judges across the board.

SCOTUS needs to be disemboweled, openly and very publicly. If there was a reason for justice it is now. Dems need to call for senate and congressional hearings. Even in the minority we still have power. Each justice should be called out to testify on how and why they ruled the way have….

I'm not trying to doom; I'm genuinely looking for solutions that can get Congressional Dems to change course and understand that messaging to the public outside of procedural moves are important too.

The question is how do we get them to do that? As of now 8-12 Dems Senators keep voting to confirm Trump's judicial picks, and Jeffries keeps running onto CNN to perform passivity and impotence. The rest of the caucus keeps hammering on "affordability" and seems unwilling to deviate even slightly.
