Inside Monroe Park an RPD officer put a light on a person with PRESS, so that person pulled out his phone and put the phone's light on that officer.

Richmond Police officers are back inside Monroe Park. A protester with the microphone said they have until 8 PM. My current count is 12 police vehicles.

5 RPD officers got out of their vehicles where about 20 people were gathered and then turned back around. The anti-ICE protest is now underway.
